Les dimensions des caractères des mots : " Vin de Savoie " ou " Roussette de Savoie ", suivis ou non d'un nom de cru, doivent être au moins égales, aussi bien en hauteur qu'en largeur, à la moitié de celles des caractères les plus grands figurant sur les étiquettes. La mention du nom de cépage peut être indiquée dans le cas où le vin provient d'un seul cépage, en caractères dont les dimensions doivent être inférieures aux deux tiers de celles du nom de l'appellation.

Art. 9. -

L'emploi de toute indication ou de tout signe susceptible de faire croire à l'acheteur que les vins ont droit aux appellations d'origine contrôlées définies par le présent décret alors qu'ils ne répondent pas à toutes les conditions fixées par ce même décret est poursuivi conformément à la législation générale sur la répression des fraudes et sur la protection des appellations d'origine sans préjudice des sanctions d'ordre fiscal, s'il y a lieu.

Art. 10. -

Le décret du 4 septembre 1973 relatif aux appellations d'origine contrôlées " Vin de Savoie " et " Roussette de Savoie " est abrogé.

Art. 11. -

Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie, le ministre de l'agriculture et de la pêche, le secrétaire d'Etat au budget et la secrétaire d'Etat aux petites et moyennes entreprises, au commerce et à l'artisanat sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent décret, qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
