Art. 3. -

La délivrance du label prévu à l'article 1er du présent arrêté est effectuée selon la procédure visée aux articles R. 641-120 à R. 641-123 du code rural et le règlement intérieur homologué d'après les termes de l'article R. 641-122 du code rural. Les assemblages des vins issus des différents cépages, lorsqu'ils sont vinifiés séparément, doivent être effectués dans les récipients vinaires préalablement au prélèvement prévu à l'article 3 de l'arrêté du 14 mai 1991 susvisé selon les proportions définies à l'article 2 ci-dessus. Les vins bénéficient de toutes les pratiques oenologiques autorisées par les textes en vigueur, à l'exception de la concentration, qui est interdite.

Art. 4. -

Lorsque les vins bénéficiant des appellations d'origine ci-dessus énumérées sont offerts au public, expédiés en vue de la vente ou vendus sous la mention " appellation d'origine Vin délimité de qualité supérieure ", l'appellation d'origine doit être accompagnée de ladite mention en caractères apparents dans les prospectus, affiches, annonces et tous moyens de publicité, sur les étiquettes et récipients quelconques ainsi que sur les factures et documents d'accompagnement. Une vignette délivrée dans les conditions déterminées dans le règlement intérieur visé à l'article 3 du présent arrêté est apposée par les embouteilleurs sur les récipients bouchés contenant ces vins.

Art. 5. -

L'emploi de toute indication ou de tout signe susceptible de faire croire à l'acheteur qu'un vin a droit à l'une des appellations d'origine ci-dessus énumérées accompagnée de la mention en cause, alors qu'il ne répond pas à toutes les conditions fixées par le présent arrêté, sera poursuivi conformément à la législation générale sur la répression des fraudes et sur la protection des appellations d'origine, sans préjudice des sanctions d'ordre fiscal, s'il y a lieu.

Art. 6. -

L'arrêté du 27 septembre 1963 relatif à l'appellation d'origine Vin délimité de qualité supérieure " Vins du Bugey " est abrogé.

Art. 7. -

Le directeur des politiques économique et internationale, le directeur général de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes et le directeur général des douanes et droits indirects sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent arrêté, qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
